Pankaj Amin

Managing Director

Pankaj has over 15 years of experience both acquiring and operating businesses, specializing in business services, media and telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure. For the past 10 years, Pankaj has advised C-level executives and business owners about executing strategies, implementing an acquisition plan, and dealing with cash flow issues.


From 2003 to 2011, Pankaj was the CEO of Affinitel Corporation, a telecommunications equipment services firm that supports several thousand California businesses, including Wells Fargo, Safeway, Rite Aid, the California Highway Patrol, and Samsung. Pankaj acquired Affinitel in 2003 and personally led the business for seven years, delivering a 125% - 350% return on equity annually, 100% revenue growth, and 200% cash flow growth while he managed the business. This allowed to company to pay off the debt financing used to acquire the company 3.5 years ahead of schedule. Prior to Affinitel, Pankaj worked at Model N, an enterprise software company funded by Accel-KKR. Pankaj has also worked in equity research at Goldman Sachs and in the telecommunications strategy group at Booz-Allen & Hamilton.


From 2001 – 2007, Pankaj served, most recently as President, on the board of the San Francisco Community Television Corporation. He is currently member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association and has been certified as a Certified Turnaround Professional Designate.  


Pankaj earned a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering cum laude from Princeton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.


Elaine Boxer

Managing Director


Elaine brings 15 years of marketing and strategy experience. Most recently, as SVP Marketing and Strategy and an executive team member at QualityHealth, a privately-held marketing technology solution, she repositioned the company for new markets, aggressive growth and profitable acquisition. As a VP of Client Engagement at Avenue A|Razorfish, she led digital marketing and media strategy strategy for clients such as Chase, Starwood Hotels, and Schering-Plough, before Microsoft acquired the company in 2007 for a 97% premium. At American Express, Elaine created and marketed new businesses to leverage AmEx's diverse assets and generate $40MM annual revenue. She was also a top consultant at Gemini Consulting, achieving strategic advantage for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Standard & Poors, and Deutsche Bank.


Elaine graduated cum laude from Princeton University and earned her MBA in Strategy and Business development at the Wharton School.
